π¦ Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations only before the item has been shipped.
Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3β7 business days, depending on your bank.
π Return & Exchange
1. Conditions
Return/Exchange Period: Within 30 days of delivery
Eligible Situations:
β Received wrong item or defective product
β Product damaged during shipping
β Unused item in original packaging
Info Required: Order number, product name, clear photos showing the issue
2. Process
Step 2: Once your return/exchange is approved, return the item within 7 days and provide the tracking number.
Step 3 (for exchange): We will send the replacement and provide tracking info within 3 business days after receiving the return.
3. Return Address
The return address will be provided via email after your application is approved.
4. Shipping Fees
Customer pays return shipping if the product is no longer wanted or ordered by mistake.
We cover return and resend shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If Upplang bears the return fee, we will refund it after receiving valid shipping proof.
If customer covers resend cost, a payment link will be provided by email.

Once we receive your return or approve a partial refund, we will process it within 3 business days.

If you havenβt received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider and email us.
